Sheila Flores

Sheila Flores is a dynamic finance professional with twenty years experience in multiple industries. Her key competencies include full charge bookkeeping, cash management, payroll and tax reporting, and guiding both multi-office development and the design of systems and procedures.  Sheila has excellent presentation, communication, and financial modeling skills, and enjoys providing owners and managers with the financial data to make excellent business decisions.

Sheila has a Bachelor Of Science in Accounting from Portland State University.  

 

Beverly Garzon

Bev Garzon has over 15 years of experience as a consulting bookkeeper and a business manager.  She has helped clients with A/P and A/R maintenance, reconciliations, payroll, inventory and fixed asset management, financial statement preparation and analysis, forecasting and budgeting, audit preparation, cash flow reporting, and QuickBooks installation and training.  She enjoys working with business and nonprofit leaders to help them understand the finances of their organizations.

Bev has an MBA (Finance) from the University of South Florida, and a Bachelor of Arts form the University of Florida at Gainesville.  

 

Janet Nunez-Mitra

Janet is a seasoned bookkeeper who is well regarded for her accuracy, resourcefulness, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. She has a demonstrated ability of increasing productivity levels by streamlining the accounting process for her clients. Janet's full-charge bookkeeping skills include A/R, A/P, payroll and benefits administration, reconciliation, asset and liabilities tracking, financial statement preparation, and year end review.

Janet holds a Bachelor of Science from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York, and has extensive experience with all versions of QuickBooks.  She is fluent in Spanish.

 

Larry Phelan

Larry Phelan is a senior level financial professional with 15 years of experience as an accounting supervisor, controller, and CFO. He has a consistent history of devising unique strategies which enable long-term financial growth. Key skills include cash management, turnaround leadership, operations management, policy development, and budget management.  Larry is experienced with facilitating audits for the IRS, State of Washington, and federal, state, local, and lending banks.

Larry holds an MBA from the University of Portland, and a BS in Business Administration from City University.
